Walking Distance

group exhibition

BOZOMAG is excited to announce "Walking Distance", a group exhibition featuring work by Amir Fallah, Aaron Johnson, Laurie Nye, Joshua Petker, Jonathan Casella, Ben Sanders, Michael McGregor, Kysa Johnson, Margarete Hahner, Nick Taggart & Cameron Cameron.

“Walking Distance” as an exhibition exists as a love letter to an enclave that exudes esoteric domesticity, an LA-style “Mr. Rogers Neighborhood” reality where truly everyone knows your name, and maybe even your art practice. Conceptually conceived through car window conversations and in casual passings whilst negotiating with “problem child” dogs on the sidewalk, “Walking Distance” came to life in meetings arranged in local haunts that we may be sick of, but are beyond committed to — because who really strays that far from the 110 nest, as it is?

Self explanatory in title, but just bizarre enough to highlight, “Walking Distance” is a neighborhood exhibition exclusively consisting of artists working and living within actual, foot on the pavement, walking range from BOZOMAG’s Cresthaven gallery location.

The exhibition will open on Saturday, October 12th with an opening reception to be held from 4-8PM on that day. The exhibition will be on view thru November 17th. Regular Open Hours will be held on Saturdays & Sundays, from 12-5PM.

BOZO Cresthaven is located at 815 Cresthaven Drive, LA CA 90042.
